Recently, orders for Youjiaxing hydraulic cylinders in Yancheng, Jiangsu, have continued to rise. Our production lines are fully booked and operating at full capacity. We sincerely thank all new and existing customers for your trust and support! In response to strong demand from the construction machinery industry, the company is coordinating scientifically, optimizing production scheduling, and ...

Hydraulic cylinders are the core actuating components of construction machinery. What they care about most are: reliable sealing, no internal or external leakage, no cylinder scoring, and no off-center loading.Sealing and LeakageInternal leakage reduces thrust/speed and makes pressure holding impossible; external leakage pollutes the environment and causes unstable pressure. Seals and sealing st...

In engineering machinery design, hydraulic cylinder selection has three biggest headaches: searching catalogs, calculating thrust, and building models. Jiangsu Yancheng Youjiaxing has turned these three tasks into a "Hydraulic Cylinder Selection Three-Piece Set," making selection faster and more accurate.Part One: CatalogThe Youjiaxing catalog includes complete parameters for st...

When buying hydraulic cylinders, the worst thing is not an insufficient budget—it is choosing the wrong one. If the bore is too small, thrust will be insufficient; if the rod diameter is too thin, it will bend easily over a long stroke; if the seals do not match the working conditions, oil leaks are likely. In fact, the parameters to consider during selection are not complicated. Just focus on...

Replacing seals is the most common maintenance task for hydraulic systems in construction machinery. However, if any detail is overlooked, a seal worth just a few yuan can ruin the entire cylinder. Youjiaxin in Yancheng, Jiangsu – a professional enterprise deeply engaged in hydraulic power transmission – has long been supplying cylinders to wellknown construction machinery manufacturers such...

In the steel jungle of construction machinery, an excavator’s bucket bites down with tons of force, a crane’s boom lifts loads that decide life or death, and a mine breaker hammer pounds day and night—the “heart” of all these titans is the hydraulic cylinder. And every cylinder that can withstand such harsh conditions, from raw parts to finished ...

As core executive components for sanitation vehicles, loaders, heavy‑duty construction machinery and all types of construction machinery, the assembly quality of hydraulic cylinders directly determines their service life. Many failures such as damaged seals, internal and external leakage, and piston‑rod scratches stem from...

A piston pump is a core power source for high‑pressure hydraulic systems. It realizes oil suction and pressure delivery by the reciprocating motion of pistons inside the cylinder block to change the sealed volume. Compared with gear pumps and vane pumps, piston pumps have many prominent advantages and are widely adopted in high‑pressure e...

Double‑acting hydraulic cylinders are widely‑used executive components in hydraulic systems. Featuring bidirectional force output, they are extensively adopted in construction machinery, metallurgical equipment, concrete pump trucks, ships, automobiles, sanitation vehicles, loaders and heavy‑duty construction machinery. This article explains ...

Compared with traditional mechanical transmission, hydraulic transmission is a relatively modern power‑transmission form. Dating back to the invention of the hydraulic press, hydraulic transmission has a history of more than 200 years. Nevertheless, its large‑scale popularization and practical application only began in the past 50 yea...

As the core executive component of hydraulic systems, hydraulic cylinders are widely used in hydraulic presses, sanitation vehicles, loaders and various heavy‑duty construction machinery. They undertake key operations such as thrust output, lifting, tilting and clamping, and convert the pressure energy of hydraulic oil into mechanical power. Compared with other driving me...

Whether it is hydraulic cylinders for automated equipment, lifting & tilting cylinders for sanitation dump trucks, or boom cylinders for loaders, most maintenance workers only replace seals to temporarily relieve leakage instead of solving the root problem. Repeated disassembly and repair lead to long-term shutdown of production lines and engineering vehicles, bringing huge economic loss...
