Spraying Production Line

Material Hardness Testing

Pressure Test
Youjiaxin conducts a strict pressure test on each hydraulic cylinder, pressurizing it to 1.25-1.5 times the rated pressure and maintaining the pressure. This fully inspects the cylinder block's strength and sealing performance, ensuring no leakage or deformation, thereby guaranteeing the product's safety and durability.
Oil Analysis
Youjiaxin conducts professional oil analysis to accurately test key indicators of oil, such as cleanliness, viscosity, and wear particles.
