We can deliver the oil cylinders as fast as on the same day! Of course, the specific delivery time is related to your requirements. To ensure on-time delivery for customers, we have a dedicated emergency team and tailored solutions for R&D projects, non-standard products, and rush orders. Below are several scenarios where the delivery time may be longer:

1.Due to the particularity of the oil cylinder industry, if orders surge during peak periods, the delivery time will inevitably be delayed.

2.If the spare parts for the oil cylinders you need are out of stock, the delivery time will be delayed accordingly.

3.If the oil cylinders you require are non-standard customized products, the corresponding seals and other components also need to be purchased externally and customized, so the delivery time will definitely be extended.

4.If your order quantity is relatively large, the delivery time will also be appropriately extended.

5.If the drawings are repeatedly revised and finalized late due to technical issues on your side, such a delay is also normal.

Many manufacturers I worked with before had quality issues. How is your product quality?

Currently, our oil cylinder products can last for more than 3 to 5 years under normal operating conditions without any issues. I can't find the model I want—can I get a customized one?

Yes, we can provide customization as long as we have the necessary parameters, installation method, and other relevant information. To ensure the hydraulic cylinder meets your requirements, we can send staff to your company for on-site measurements.

I have my own design drawings—can you customize the product according to them?

We can customize the product based on your drawings. The external shape and installation method will strictly follow your design; however, to ensure product quality, we may adjust or optimize the internal structure of the cylinder.

Which standards do your products comply with?

Our hydraulic cylinders meet national standards and the ISO 9001 quality management system standards. Additionally, we can customize non-standard products according to your needs, and their quality is consistent with products that meet national standards.

We don't know how to install the cylinder—do you provide any technical guidance?

We offer comprehensive after-sales services, including video-based installation guidance and technical support. If necessary, we can also send staff to your site to assist with the cylinder installation.
