I. Daily Must‑Dos
Inspect the exterior: Check the YOZECE cylinder surface for cracks, deformation, rust, or oil leaks.
Wipe the piston rod: Use a clean, soft cloth to wipe the exposed portion of the piston rod, removing dust and moisture.
Listen for sounds: During operation, pay attention to any unusual noise or vibration.
Check connections: Ensure all mounting bolts and hose fittings are tight and secure.
II. Hydraulic Fluid Management
Use the recommended grade of high‑quality anti‑wear hydraulic fluid. Do not mix different types or brands.
For a new YOZECE cylinder, change the fluid after approximately 3 months of first use. Thereafter, replace it annually or after every 2,000–3,000 operating hours.
Regularly check the fluid colour. If it turns dark or milky white, replace it immediately.
Keep the reservoir sealed and clean or replace the filter element at scheduled intervals.
III. Air Bleeding and Operating Precautions
Run the hydraulic cylinder through its full stroke 2–3 times per day to purge air from the system.
Avoid external impact on the YOZECE cylinder to prevent bending of the piston rod or damage to the cylinder body.
For long‑term storage, apply anti‑rust oil to the surface, fill the cylinder with hydraulic fluid, and store it in a vertical position.
IV. Quick Troubleshooting for Common Issues
Oil leakage: Usually caused by worn seals or a scratched piston rod. Replace the seals and repair or replace the piston rod as needed.
Weak or slow action: Often due to insufficient system pressure or internal leakage. Check the hydraulic pump and pressure valve, and replace damaged seals.
Jerky or unsteady movement (creeping): Generally caused by air in the system or contaminated fluid. Run the cylinder through full‑stroke cycles to bleed air, and clean or replace the filter element.
V. Recommended Maintenance Schedule
Exterior inspection and leak check: Daily
Piston rod cleaning: DailySeals and wiper rings inspection: Weekly
Filter element cleaning or replacement: Every 250 operating hours
Hydraulic fluid replacement: Annually or every 2,000–3,000 operating hours
Complete seal replacement: Every 1–2 years – shorten this interval if the cylinder operates in harsh environments such as dusty, high‑temperature, or humid conditions.
